Guard hardening and packaging cleanup.

This release focuses on stronger armed-state behavior, safer PIN/update flows, and a clearer installer-first distribution path.

Guard screens and hooks remain active during alarm, common shortcut paths are blocked while armed, and desktop/session changes escalate correctly.

Settings, PIN changes, quit actions, and update installs are gated while guard protection is active.

Audio fallback, corrupt settings recovery, duplicate alarm prevention, and wrong-PIN alarm behavior have dedicated regression coverage.

The recommended download is the setup installer. Technical update feed files are reserved for the auto-update pipeline.
