No. It may detect that keyboard or mouse input happened while armed, but it must not record the text, keys, clicks, clipboard, files, or screenshots.
No user-mode app can promise that. Paunix Guard blocks common paths and triggers alarms on session/desktop changes, but OS-level security still matters.
